blond hair and a toilet seat

skype is the most glorious invention. getting to talk to dearly missed loved-ones across the globe, seeing their faces and reactions, all for free? priceless. my family has been able to skype with us occasionally (even my grandparents recently, which was great!), and it’s been funny to see how my dad in particular has taken to it. i think he knows there’s a camera involved, and if there is ever a camera involved, then he has to ham it up. this is a recent photo of what we saw when we finally got our camera working (note grandpa’s resigned expression):

oh dad.

    Hi Cowgers,
I just read your blogs and saw pictures of the many amazing sights of South Korea. Thank you so much for the efforts. Now, BreeAnn’s dad and the picture are priceless. Wait until I see him on Monday. It was great seeing the country through your eyes. And, yes, skype is a wonderful bit of technology, for us back trying to keep track of our kids.

Great to hear from you, Tim! I hope you mentioned this gem of a photo to my dad, he can’t believe we posted it on our blog for all the world to see. Tell Paul and Alana that we say hello!
